About Grant Forde
Grant Forde is the managing director and the senior building certifier at Integrated Building Certification. While commencing a carpentry apprenticeship upon leaving school, Grant also studied for a degree in Building Surveying and Certification at the Central Queensland University. Grant has accumulated over fifteen years’ experience in the industry, including working for the Toowoomba Regional Council within the Building Certification Unit. More recently Grant worked with QPDB Pty Ltd for over ten years where he advanced to a Senior Building Certifier.
Grant’s hands on experience as a carpenter enables him to provide practical advice on building projects, while his experience working for the Toowoomba Regional Council gives him detailed insight into the inner workings of the Local Government. It’s this invaluable experience coupled with his people driven and proactive approach which has seen Grant engage with key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes within tight project deadlines.
Grant is proud to have many clients return for new projects and is always striving to build new relationships.
